lets see MS offers more than it did but offers a cheaper less better built monolithic beast than the over priced PS3 that cant get games on it and the WII is pretty much gaming 6.5, I dunno the war seems more fun than the games so far.

I am a hardcore nero fan so meh I wont change unless nero becoems worse.

But still we have the 360 which is a ok system that is still stuck in a bastardized PC style state(open up control config full remaping and KB/M support and full HDD support already!) and has enough hardware issues to make you question the price tag.

the PS3 my god where do I start sure the hardware works great but the games not so much and then sony has this awesome idea to drop BWC on the new 400$ unit "ZOMG EMU on the ful unit line up COSTS MONEY!" of coarse they are the ones with a 600$ unit when thats not selling well and the 2 token install setup for bioshock... both are smoking some nice sht because they have not a clue of half the thigns they are doing...

My only complaint about nintendo is it needs more control config....

well the GC did medicorely because of a lack of games and so did some sense did the N64 weak designs and a poor "platform" in the console race pretty much helped them stay down, now the WII is a hit but with the 360 crushing all in shear game sells and the PS3 landing in a year or 2(its still in the clouds) its hard to see the WII getting maintaining itself 2 or 3 years out.

Yes there are problims, all consoles have there draw backs honostly i thought the playstation 3 would have been a hit, but to see it fail this bad is quite sad,indeed. the wii is Overly interactive wich makes it quite hard too develope good games too nintendo's STANDERDS

Playstation 3 problim was its new hardware design quite hard a learning curve it had.

XBox 360 Sucky R&D division and its choice of hardware was its downfall. there Enginers Have No common sense lets poke 400 plus holes in are case that will improve the airflow, oh yeah. and lets skip some fans to keep are triple core processors cool for this small ity bitty more compact than a laptop case. just bad design on there problim

I would not say that the 360 isok but they didn't finish the design its like it was released in beta or what not, really would ahve been prefect if they unlocked the HDD and moved the platform smoothly to HDVD so the games could use it, but MS is doign everythign assbackwards as is/was sony now that the production costs of the PS3 are 400$ a unit I hope to see them make it a better console (ya right we can see less for more coming soon.....).

Well they dont exatly deserve that $400.00 price tag ether. heck i could rip out the Emotion Chip from ps2 and sell it for 50 bucks because it wont play any ps2 games titles, only plays ps1 games.

ever since Sony lost there lead man for development for the console its been going down hill.

In any case this format war needs to end its really starting to egg on its like the only the war exists is to halt Future Technology, or to catch the consumers eye with something while they work behind the sceens brewing up some new disaster.

it should have ended 2 years ago but i guess this is what happens when you got 8 year olds in corperate with no since of business ethics.

they could have got to gether had some green tea discuse the benefits of one format than the other, then said we all have some very good ideas, lets merge these standerds to make one disc with both are ideas in it.

lets face if I ever take it to a editor its going to be overhauled anyway, best I can do without the BA in writing and try to keep things flowing as best I can, I know my grammar sucks but I can't keep these story's and quotes in my head any longer.

btw DXR88 do you want to be kept up to date on the book project(when I get chapters near done and what not).

I have found I write in layers and try and path out a few points as I wright so I can keep the persons/places and things in check even if I add on to it.

I am currently trying to finish off the 2nd chapter,if you saw the link I sent you in PM you can see its not ended, once I get it done I'll spend a few months polishing it up before I put it on my DA page.

a update would be when the 2nd chapter is done, and then when I get it finalized enough to post it public I try not to release the foundation by itself....but I get ansty sometimes LOL

The foundation for chap 2 was location alil direction no character names just a bear minim thing even had it up to them getting back into town.

Book 1:Trail of the chosen.
Covers the beginnings in a fantasy based world.
Main plot points

1.landing.

4.fight for the various aspects of the power he is missing.

5.try and flesh out both light and dark elements of the world

6.end with regaining light aspect of his power and the world falls.

introduction to the universe the myriad galaxies and dimensions of creation.

4.training of the 5 elements of power up to their ultimate form

AWOL from light forces he runs to escape his fate but it only confirms his the exsitance he dreads.

3.speands time trying to rebuild the shit not nocting time, between his unstable power and skill he spends a few decades working on it

4.being frustrated and pushed to the point of losing sanity he focuses on upgrading the repair system and creating a AI that can handle building and suppervision better than he can.

5.introduction to Sandy the AI the older sister android side kick , side kick as in that seceraty that keeps our mental lush of a main character from wondering over board, her personality is drived from his only with out the doubt,gilt and self annoyance, in her current state shes just a bodiless AI who, during the repairs to finalize space readiness the LOP disappears.

6.An accident tosses him through dimensions and worlds and leaves him almost powerless ,on a desert planet with some human civilization, he finds himself in the desert alone with amnesia finds a town as he struggles to live he rediscovers his building capabilities and some of his lost abilities.

7.After fighting off bandits that plagued the town Sandy arrives with fully upgraded ship to find him,, she now has a new android body a,she is in the form of a tall slender blond with well proportioned features, since the LOP likes small and cute she went with something he would not drool over so easily, he leaves the world quickly and quietly.

Sandy managed to find earth lookign for the fool, this is his next stop to reclaim his life and his family, reviving his parents and becoming the secret president of PL inc a tech firm based near his home city,sandy takes over as the Vice president and runs day to day activities, he rebuilds his old house and builds a underground base in order to better grasp his powers and build things,the ship Sandys pride and joy needed to be rebuilt so he needed a base,he builds the reailty drive and gives Sandy a piece of his soul and power to make her fully his sibling.

2.He goes about rebuilding his life, a new house he parents lively and healthy he clings to his reclusive ways dealing with a few world issues on the side as the president of PL.inc, while one to not interfere with humans for they are to spoiled to learn he dose try a few things.

3.Between managing a secret identity, fooling with his powers and staying to his reclusive ways he meets a woman who can just barely put with him, however she has a past and longs for her old love who shows up afterawhile.

4.just as the ship is finished with a full drone fleet dark forces shows up to investigate a raise in dark energies in the area, and things go south from their, they take pot shots a the earth while trying to corrupt the world by offering the more villainous governments power,most of these issues are dealt with fast.

5.lil by lil PL inc becomes the only outfit to handle Dark forces assault ,PL inc is forced to share soem fo tis tech with the US,UK and JP governments they manage to fend off earth bound threats,while dealing with everything both Sandy and the LOP,over look what sleeps i the moon to late Dark forces starts advancing on the moon as dark energies rise.

6. while earth can protect itself Both sandy and the LOP decide to launch a full scale attack, the Dark force fleet lost most of tis fighters toying with the earth,but its still a almost even match 2 cruises and 1 destroy class each, but as the the PL team cut through half of the enemy forces the moon starts breaking part and the worst thing possible besides darkness himself could show,Dark dragon the embodiment of darkness rage and anger awakens after countless eons of slumber, unlike DOL (dragon of light,embodiment of lightnesses wit,humor and wisdome)its a beast with no mind its also the size of a small planet in its smallest form, to be lsot in utter darkenss is not a new feeling to the fool who wears the bucket,as things end darkness and lightness can be seen playing a game of chess.

Book 5: Lord of Freelancers or ,Warrior of Creation:Freelancer

1.He appears on another fantasy world to aid their fight agisnt hidden darkness,he has slight self induced amnesia ,meet the new cast a rag tag band of fighters trying to end darknesses influence upon this world, focus on Sara his new friend a female fighter with an irish assecnt who uses double daggers..

2.fight dark forces that are set to the worlds theme,events as they come.

3.build the friendship with Sara but bumbles(the LOP) keeps acting like a fool to ensure no one will like him to much,shes only minorly interested anyway,prefers more confidence in her lovers and she likes to prod him gently with her proper lady's wit.

4.things start going down hill the fighters start getting injured or dieing, int he final batle Sra dies ,sending the LOP into a rage that decimates darkness influence on that world, annoyed and lost he wanders upon that world for a few days then Sara shows up ,she was chosen to become a Warrior of creation and gladly join light forces,tat she is ok and will be heading off far away, devastated twice he goes on a bender even if booze has no effect on him,becomes a town drunk lost in his emotions the town of coarse only knew he was part of the forces that fought agisnt the great evil so they barely put up with him, one rainy night Sandy and kicks his sorry ass he wakes up a bit,he returns to space with his title as Warrior of creation a freelancer to light forces a first.

5.Gets a call to check out dark force activities, get in fights,ect

6.rests a bit between investigations while Sandy enjoys her time off at a near by rest planet while reminds on the ship moldering in his issues and build weapon prototypes, and other things, his weapons just can not convey his powers right so he has to constantly fix them, he formulates a plan to merge his good and evil aspects with a piece of his soul to a weapon,but dose not have the time to build it now he instead puts a new reality drive in his sword design as a call comes out to investigate soemthing.

FF Q was answered...kinda on the thread.

I don't do translations but fan lyrics in English, a fan lyric blends the English vocals through lyrics to match the JP theme and vocals,which means I take a few translations and bring out the hammer and bong pipe..

this will be one of the frist spells he learns, its somethign I use alot in my imaganry tales I never wrote down LOL

The minion spell creates a glowing simi autonomous orb that�s about a foot in diameter or the size of a human head that�s given tasks through thought at the start of the spell or through commands after it has been brought into being, in general its used for lite manual labor favored by mages, librarians and doctors as a way to sort books, materials and stock, generally one can only control up to 9 small orbs that are able to handle minor tasks, in battle you can summon maybe 1 to 3 large orbs for defense or attacking but it requires more power than normal defensive or offensive spells so its not used much in combat but rather to setup camp, carry objects over short distances or spy with.

The stranger (LOP) can use almost a infinite number small orbs that have a abstract dark spot or eye on them, these orbs hold more power than any other and are capable of many tasks, starting out he can give up to 10 orbs a few linear tasks to do like any other minion orb, later on he can program more advanced features and make them nearly fully autonomous they go about their tasks they are given but also follow a prime decretive to protect innocent life where ever they wonder but before then a autonomous intelligence must be put into place to be able to use a prime directive.

Out side of menial tasks they can, cloak for travel or spy missions heal, defend and transport people in a protective bubble shield, they also have a multi focus high energy beam that can be used for things like metal work, cutting through stone and wood and armor but for general combat they use a burst shots that rains energy bolts down on a target, the more powerful the orb the less translucent and the more power it needs for clocking.

There are 4 levels of minion generally confined to 3 different summoning spells, A small number of Minions under 20 brought forth for a small task like health checks, general healing, or labor or repair summon words or name for it is �Minion Laborious�, for battle or a wider scale of labor �Minion Force� is called into service at in between 20 and 60 minions that are less wispy looking, �Minion Legion/Army� calls upon more powerful looking Minions at 60-200, when a town or large area needs support all the breaks are let lose and 1000 or more minions are summoned this is referred to simply as �Minion Armada� and unlike the others that may not be vocalized all the time this one this will become his favorite.

A side effect of the this spell/ability is that what ever the minion sees or hears is passed on to the Stranger/LOP either when it is destroyed or completes its task, this can add fatigue to the caster, in the beginning in battle information is generally processed all at once which can create confusion or short term memory loss that recovers after 48 hours, so basing the number in use on the over all stamina both mental and physical is the best way to use the maximum number one can use proficiently, bringing to many up means you have to focus on commanding them until the creation of a autonomous intelligence.

First off Oner was ding a we bit of flame baiting altho Nobrainer dropped his pants and pulled the trigger I do not see a Prema ban here not with the flame baiting going on nobrainer needs a solid 30 day ban and the staff needs to work together more on prema bans of higher level than noob members(IE article writer has last say a few month ban will moderate most peoples posting style), a good bit of what Nobrains posted was mostly fact if you can double check and read in betweens the lines its not as bad as he says but he brings enough fact to offset the trolling factor.

If staff after cooling of wants Nobrains gone then fine but I think it needs to be double checked because of undo interference from a higher power :P

BTW If I need to go on a weeks+ ban for saying what needs to be said I am down with that, this is a great community we needz to leave the childrenz at homez when wez become mod, nuking half sane long standing members when a long ban will suffice is not the answer to control things unless they are 100% trolls, fact trolls no mater how hairy have facts and not not full blooded trolls, strong opinoins shouldnot make us racist to the halfbreeds among us...asfter all if zippy isot a half breed I dunno what....er.....who is ^_~ .

My AC died, even after spending 8 hours to take it apart clean itand rebuild it its not going to last any longer, the motor is either burnt out or the large capacitor is, can get a new motor and capacitor set for 180..a whole new unit is 230 0-o

Untill I get a AC unit I�ll be moving self and PC into the main house since this trailer I is in hits 90 during the day, the down side the main house is not wired for net�. which I am sure the net is happy for :P.

what I really hate is that the windows on the trailer are to small for a big window unit so now I am stuck with either getting 2 small window unit that can not turn off(run he fan ALL the time and the comrpesser only when tis coolng) or get a 600$ portable unit that can do heat and air and turn on as needed by temp...
it sucks....

it was not that bad I just cleared out the area around the bananas and head then made the selection with the magic wand and inverted it, and then I have learned what layers are for :X.

It takes more time to do a point to point selection of the metal parts on the weapons to turn them into a color.

Well BS and FO3 share alot in common both are rushed and dumbed down for the masses, FO3is better due to them putting in more content into the game, started to learn tomod for it so its going to be a great game unlike BS which is a B.O.O.B(broken out of the box).

I was reading on your posts about your graphics card issue, Sounds like a memory allocation error. Try increasing the memory bus using something like Rivatuner, or decreasing it.

i quite enjoyed yo tube for a while.....still using it.... they actually had a very powerful strength against these evils, they could have turned the table very easily....im sure theres more into it, but i can see they had a heck of a lot of leverage, the most the copy hounds could have done is gotten them some bad publicity? nothing that couldn't be stomached.....i'll send you a pm when i get into a tempo of free time, that way i can read it lol :P

Holly fuck man been there twice in the same decade with 2 or 3 of the losing of home BS and both my parents died in the same year 9 months apart so I been there more than once 0-o

Nothing new on my end really my depression is up I seem to be sleeping to much.... I been fishing up my Hellfire cannon UT04 weapon worked out some explosion effects got overhauled primary and alternative fire modes tweaked and simi balanced.

Bought a DSlite while I had some cash and going to get a M3 card a 16GB micro SD card next month with my new PSU I been putting off hopefully that will be the last bit of crap I need to buy this year...

Need a video card upgrade. i was thinking Nvidia 9600GSO Sporting DX 10.0 and the OpenGL 3.0
or the HD4670 sporting DX 10.1 and OpenGL 2.0.

i haven't used an nvidia since the TNT2 days and Im almost afraid to go back.

What do you think?

Well Nvidia has been kicking ass since the GF days ATI just couldn't keep up.

But with the advent of the HD line ATI is better for newer cards, I got a 70$ HD3870 DDR4 512MB card for uncel and it can keep up with my 400$ 1.5 year old 8800 640MB DDR3 EVGA super clock.

So I'd go with a a ATI card...like a X2 ..... ^_~

the 4870X2 is a 400$ card so if you only want to spend 100-200 a normal 4780 with DDR4 or DDR 5 will be good enough for most gaming for the next a couple of years. a X2 could go 5 years.

i was thinking about it its funny 2 GPU on one card.

the last card i had liked that was my voodoo 2. which i have boxed up with my tnt2 and soundblaster AWE16 yes the pins are really gold.

i also have an IBM 286x2 with 6mb of ram with deferential code input and OS/2 support. the HD in it went bad 9 years ago but it does post as in it comes on and awaits input instructions it also comes in a cast steel case that weighs 120 pounds by itself and you need a crowbar to open it.

i cant get rid of it its like a memento to me besides even the fires of Mt.Mordor couldn't destroy it.

Oh you...you know my brain dose not do well with literal thought processing :P

Even though its 2 GPU on one card it still is only 30-50% faster than normal cards the faster ramm helps with that.

Zippy do you have any experience with Windoze XP 64bit.

im trying to find a windoze OS thats not vista. i'll even install server 2008 if thats what it takes.

Only that it can be a pain with drivers and some apps.

I love XP pro there's nothing better but the windose 7 RC releases that don't expire till 010 so you have time to get a new one or the OS itself if they release it by then.

Windose 7 is the way to go, it works better than vista on approved hardware only it runs on my PC hardware ^_~.

The HFC round itself is very much like the normal MG round but the composition of the materials is slightly different to allow for better tweaking via the zippy labs micro weapons engine. Why yes it does not slice at all but it dices and minces(in irregular giblets) it�s only a shame that most of our test chefs have become part of the meal� but I digress.

It tenderizes and ..er �cooks� a victim at a high rate of accurate( for a heavy weapon) fire and that�s just the primary fire mode, spin up the secondary fire mode for awhile(about as long as the normal MG more slower accurate fire mode) for less accuracy and rate of fire but you gain almost 3 times as much bone cracking and meat searing force in radius and damage at the cost of 2 rounds a shot a guaranteed kill for anything that�s on the receiving end of its purging flame� user included of course, do remember kiddies the Hell Fire Cannon is not for close quarters combat. So unless you want a life of purgatory without your appendages maintain a firing range of at least 2 tall body bags!

Not quit in fact I could ramp up damage a bit more but since all the zippy labs weapons are 50-100% more powerful and I want to redo them all its a fine balance of power/speed/Ammo.

no really? this last synopsis has to many fluff words and not enough simplified data, but anything I muse on it helps you hone the over all work.

Trying to create a universe from scratch can be madding,luckily I be a madman, but if anything I just want to set up detail/contract on the 2 big opposing forces, and setup some detail regarding universal history. Also giving in depth information on who the fck the main character is.

Gaaa I need to flesh out more plot points for book 1 before I can start back on writing on it. I wrote out some on book 2 tho :P
