  No problem. Now maybe I'll add a faq to it so we can maybe get some more discussion going there. Unfortunately my own plans to work with hi-res audio have been indefinitely put on hold for financial reasons.

  Enjoyed your Video Fundamentals series, thanks for doing that. In the section on Colorspace and DCT (YUY2 and YV12) you inadvertently refer to YUY2 twice, one of those references presumably should be to YV12.

  In your guide Convert PAL to NTSC using AviSynth, in the section Progressive PAL to NTSC film, shouldn't we be reading AssumeFPS(24000,1001, sync_audio=true) instead of AssumeFPS(24,1001, sync_audio=true). And the SSRC(48000) doesn't work with no-44.1 kHz sampled sound.

  Yes that should be the line. I'll take a look at it today when I get a chance and correct it as necessary. Feel free to PM me if you find any more errors in my guides as I don't check this page as often as I probably should. Thanks for the feedback!

  Just thought I would post because I got yelled at for a post that doesnt say please help anywhere in the title and and gave a specific error which I have found nowhere on this site a reponse but a mod from here sent me to your site saying no one answers these and considering he responded to it 10 days after I posted it. Not bitching didnt get a answer to my probelm either way. I went to DVD Fab now
