Yup, this is my profile... I got into modding PS2s because I really lvoed this one import game called "Beatmania." I figured out the cheapest way to play the import game was through HDLoader and I went for it. That was like 4 years ago or so, and I've been doing it ever since. Modding PS2s is fun and a challenge. I plan to particapate in the homebrew community as soon as i get my degree in programming.

  hi dude,
  I am having problems with the cd draw on my kids ps2 NOT staying shut.
  I have read the forum on this issue and believe that the draw closes fine, the laser then pops up as i believe it should but i can hear a humming/wirrring sound coming from the internals of the ps2.
  Can you help me please

  sorry i forgot to tell you something,
  after a second or 2 of the humming noise the cd draw then opens again and im back to square 1.

  what are the 2 white gears/click-wheels at the back of the rods which the laser is mounted on?
