Now I could be wrong, but that looks like a Sunn 150 Bass top there. Mice proper Fender Jazz too..
Used to have a Rick 4001 myself.

Hey a bassplayer :D Nice! It's an Acoustic 450 Solid State head - one kind of like the great Jaco Pastorius used with his Fender Jazz :)
