  yes the xbox 360 is not something i would get. ps3 is better i think, free online i like that because you dont have to pay every month on stupid credit cards. The wii is fantastic just so you know, i'm happy with my buy.

  i have a 2.71 TA-082
  
  and i have completed all the steps up to "D" from this link

  the first step in "D" is the autoboot from the hend photo
  
  when i went to the hend photo from the previous step, "B", i had no problem with the autoboot
  
  now it just shows hend as an image "RAND" and will not autoboot
  
  Thus, i cant run devhook .51
  
  i get "this game could not be started (80020001)"
  
  can som1 help me out, sorry, n00b here :(

  I know what you're saying. There are more than a few who don't give a shit and it's frustrating sorting through the thousands of 1 and 2 post threads, many of which could be answered by doing a quick keyword search. I think the moderators and members do a pretty decent job of cutting them off and pushing them in the right direction.

  Hey just hitting up the mod scene...have had my psp since the first day but i only recently have moded my psp. I went from v2.8 to 1.5 to Dark angel's v3.1oe. Anyhow i just recently have started reading up on flashing the menu and everything and i have read that 3.1oe can't change the rco files for whatever reason, well can change them but won't work out. Anyway my question is does that mean you can't have custom icons or what? Also would it be better to go to DA's v3.03oe-c or stick with his mist recent? thanks

  I did all that was requested up to the RUN 3.03 INSTALLER on your psp
  
  Now for this i need buggering by ten thousand sex strarved camels, simply because whilst following all the instructions correctly i failed to realise it was a 3.02 installer that was on my pc.... YES I KNOW IM THICK !
  
  so after putting the data.dxar in the 302oeflasher file i went on to run the program and bang... a partial brick.
  The psp wont boot obviously but i can still get into the recovery screen, but from there im a bit puzzled what to do... if anything to undo what i have done ?
  
  Any suggestions ?

  Well, you need to get a recovery folder to go back to 1.50. Once you get it, put it in /GAME/ folder. Go to the recovery menu and run the eboot and itll take you back to 1.50.
