  hi there im new to this i have had a dbox for ages and its worked fine it froze yesterday and now all my channels are blank ive tried resetting the ucode but to no joy ive rescanned and i have al my channels but everytime i click on them they are blank can you help me plezzzzz

  a totally untechnical blonde! says it all!!
  i have a sagem d box thats gone down bar free crap channels! i rescanned and that didnot help my channels that i do have in no order at all and i have not got a 4 by 2 what to do next and my wee one driving me mad as we have no cartoons!! please please help - u seem to have a clue in what ur up to!! although it would need to be in english simple!!

  help i have a nokia dbox multimedia terminal however when i go to start it up it seems to be connecting to the internet and then it stops downloading have connected a crossover cable to the computer but still no joy have tryed pressing menu and dbox button at startup but cant get into settings menu any ideas on the above or is my box goosed Allan allan.mcgibbon@blueyonder.co.uk is my messenger adress
