Well finally got my DS-Xtreme today and I am totally happy with it, and
the ease of use with it.

Plug and play with usb, you just simply drag the contents you want to the
appropriate folders on the DS-X, unhook it, load it up in my DS-Lite and
then start and Just hit the DS-Xtreme logo in the middle of the screen and
you will find yourself launched into the operating system.
Under the touch screen supported OS, you will find an APPS, MUSIC,
SETTINGS and ABOUT section.

Works great..... I love it.
