Hey, I was wondering if you could help me edit some things on my own server... I just run it locally so its not open to the public or anything.

I was wondering how I generally edit the files? Is there a way of getting range to work? Why wont the npcs say anything? How do i edit shops?... that's all for now... thanks in advance

Nvm, managed to find a editor... now... my previous questions of:
Why won't npcs talk
Why do the shops near the Wild Train need fishing rods? Same with robe seller in varrock.
How can I get the staff magic attack to work?
How do I get Range to work properly?

Gamerboy Why Not Just Stip Liamscape - Its Almost Blakescape...??? I Dont See Why It Needs To Blakescape - Ive Given You All The Tutorials to make it as crap as blakescape, just edit liamscape - thats what its for.
