hey you seem to be the main man for the starview boxs if you dont mind could u answer a few questions for me... if i upgrade this new firmware is there a chance i could damage my box? how do i get the software from my pc to the box ? Here are the instructions without using software just the remote control!

Will nees to search for codes for your area.

press menu followed by 1570

scroll to nagravision menu and press ok.

scroll down to keys area and change as necessary.

To enter letters Pause = A
Audio = B
Red Button = C
Green Button = D
Yellow Button = E
Blue Button = F

Numbers can be entered by pressing the number buttons on the remote

press ok to store keys

scroll up to box containing 00 and press right arrow to change to 01

scroll down to keys area and change as necessary

press ok to store.

press exit once and scroll to key emu.

make sure it's set to on position.

keep pressing exit to return to channels which should now be unscrambled.
