if i know what your asking bout, the disk was dirty :p. i cleaned it and gave it a second chance and bingo.

moral: do NOT treat your disks like crap.

if its not that you probably burn it a LITTLE wrong check how yr burning it, and you may say "oh!! its so f'n obvious! <burns> its alive!"
