hi ,can any 1 help,i hav a starview 3,im having a few problems,i hav lost the ppv channels ,i hav put in the factory reset code,but normally it boots its self up but my is not doing it anymore,the emu is on. oh i forgot 2 say am getting sum ppv channels,like espn ,but not the movies ,sports etc..,please help thanks

is there a way to put the factory software back onto a box??? i have starview 5 but when the firmware 2.03 was placed onto it, the picture began getting scrambled and such. But the other two boxes i have worked fine. Is there anything i can do or any software i can install to take it back down to factory settings etc.

Hi Noely

you seem to know what your talking about just wondering if you can answer a questyion for me, i have SV 4 USB and updated new file in last two weeks and everything was hunky dory as bernard dunne would say but in last 24 hours some channels have started to act up like a block pixilation has started to appear. Do you know is this happening elsewhere (my loc Dub west) if so is there a fix for it or am i stuffed

Hi Tufail
Make sure the coaxial cable is in cable input at the back of the box & your scart is in the TV slot on the box & secure.

If you are using any splitters remove them & scan from the main feed.
