  Well, if you don't act a bit crazy and have some fun, you can get too stressed out and implode. Some of us do get stressed out from people asking the same questions over and over....especially when using the search bar will help them find the answer quicker.
  
  Other than that, we try and learn/teach what we can. We all tend to help out one another, but we do have our little tiffs now and again.
