  I've never used a forum before so bear with me please.
  Bought the National Burial Index second edition & wanted to make a copy. Found your input 'Protected Program Copying' dated 15. October 2004. I can't find any new input anywhere? Can you tell me "Did anybody ever crack the copy protection?" I think the Virtual CD Mount option was a partial solution but can't find any copy solution.

  Damn near had to knife a dog last night. Some idiot girl with a young pit bull got smartass with me asking me if I wanted to fight my dog. I told her no unless she wanted her dog stabbed so she got all uppity telling her boyfriend I was gonna stab the dog. He looked like he was gonna let the dog loose so my hand went to my blade. Aint nobody, four legs or two, gonna mess with my dog.
  
  Then she came over yapping her trap to me and my neighbors (who used to bang with Crips, etc - not a crowd to piss off). Luckily (for her) her boyfriend had more sense than her and dragged her out of there before she/they got a whole lot more trouble than she bargained for.

  Hey Ronin, I'm not familiar with AFI. They a newer band or something? The Nephilim were a race of Biblical giants that were the product of some angels coming to earth and getting busy with the ladies down here. Supposedly one of the factors for the great flood was The Man was a bit upset about the whole thing and wanted to wipe them out among other things. I first got interested in the Nephilim through one of the grandaddies of the goth movement - Fields of the Nephilim. If you've never heard them then their album Dawnrazor is a definite must try :)

They're a decent team #5 ranked and I think they just got rattled by having to play such a tremendous team right away.   It has been pretty crazy in here... there's been way too much abuse especially by people who seem to just join to create trouble in our forums :( Still looks like you and the other mods are keeping in check (and in style hehe 'Mum should have laid off the cough syrup while she was pregnant' was one wasn't it lol) As for the US it was a bit of a flat performance! They'll bounce back I think. Wonder if the Aussies can break through to the next round... That match against Japan was the most exciting finish I've seen in a game of sport for a long time!

  Hello there Neph, They took the TV today and said it would take then 4 weeks to repair it, I paid extra to have the "What ever you want" garuntee so I wanted a replacement ther and then as they advertise, so we negociated and gave me my money back (and more) in vouchers so I'm happy, going to buy a new one this week, its out of theese two now:
  
  
  
  
  They give you a sexy looking tv with home cinema system and a dvd recorder all for £1499.
  
  Theres also a Hitachi I'm looking at, its the same size and seems to offer the same kinda stuff product wise and is only £1200, I'm probally going to go for the Samsung as I've known there products to be pretty decent, I was told that the Japanse make Hitachi make qaulity tv's so makes the decision harder, heck all I want to do is have somthing to watch the world cup on! :)

  Very sorry to hear about your dad dsstrlght. Alzheimers is a terrible disease. I lost a dear aunt ti it years ago. The fact that they don't recognize those that love them is very hard to deal with.
  
  My dad's had more tests done and basically if you're going to get leukemia you want the type he has. It progressess very slowly and prospects are very good that he has another 10-14 years or more. That leaves plenty more summers for us to go fishing :)

  Me and Pop fished overnight last night at out favorite lake and made a nice haul. We had quite a show not long after putting the boat on the lake. A huge storm blew in so we had to haul ass into a little cove and sit it out and while we waited we were treated to one of the most spectacular summer monsoon lightning shows ever. It was constant bolt after bolt right over our heads with thunder so strong we felt the concussion. Great stuff!

  I've been very busy over the last three weeks completing a remodel at my folks' house. We had contractors come in and knock out a wall between two 10'X10' rooms and ended up with a nice 22'X10' room that I finished with new flooring, new paint, new ceiling fans and new outlets & switches. My Dad has leukemia and simply doesn't have the energy to take care of things around the house and as he progressively gets worse they're going to need alot help so I made the executive decision to move in so I can be here full time and also help out with the bills so that's why we did the remodel - so little Nephey can have a decent size pad for all his PC stuff and his fuzzy pink and purple heart-shaped bed ;P

  2f4st4u, to become a mod you need lots of quality posts, good general knowledge of the site subjects and a good rapport with the mods, admins and community. Once you meet those criteria you must wait till there's a call for a new mod and hope the existing mods throw your name out for the admins to consider.

  A pet peeve of mine is idiots bashing gays or using the term gay as a slur towards someone else. I'm straight as an arrow (women happen to have something that rates at the top of my food pyramid) but bashing gays is as ignorant as racism. Folks have about as much say in being born gay as they do being born black, white, yellow or red. They're people just like anyone else and I get the especially biggest kick out the way gay guys are - in a non judgemental or condescending way I think it's hilarious. They just want to be one of the girls and its a riot.
  
  Homophobes like tenenbaum are interesting to me. I'm perfectly comfortable around gays because I'm comfortable with my sexuality - they're gay, I'm not - and I'm not at all interested in what they do behind closed doors. So where does that leave the homophobes? Being around gays brings them uncomfortably close to a possible truth within themselves methinks. Anti gay people think waaaaaay too much about what gay folks do in the bedroom. Just as it's nobody's business what me and a woman do behind closed doors, it none of my business what two guys do behind closed doors. I wouldn't want the gory details the next day at work like I would from a hetrerosexual coworker but, hey, I have boundaries :D

Anyone that owns one in good shape is sitting on a goldmine whose value will go nowhere but up. To some extent or another that's true of all muscle cars of the 60's and 70's especially all those made by Mopar. A few months ago a saw a cherried red and white Superbird complete with the obnoxiously huge spoiler and thought how much money that guy was driving around in. I can't remeber the last time I saw a Super Bird on the street let alone one in perfect condition.

  Whats up Nephilium. I just came across a posting of yours dealing with Red/Orange flashing ethernet ports. My P5LD2 asus board has had this constant anoyance since I bought it. It works great with some modem/cord set ups and just flashes with others. I read somewhere that this is a harware fault with this board/jack. Given your comment on the issue, you clearly have way more experience with this than I. Any suggestions? I'm at my wits end. Just reinstalled XP and can't perform any updates. Cheers.
