  they will have it for definite as their are more and more people are becoming knowingly of this downgrader.... many people are thinking that were making sony crack under enormous pressure as sony have cut 230,000 jobs worldwide and even the daddy of all playstation ken kutargi has stepped down... i think sony are going to scrap the psp and start again or release the dreaded unbreakable firmware 4.00

  hey I saw a post u left on chunkheads shout box, something about using ATAPWD for locking/unlocking tools... I couldn't get that to work either, and that was with a floppy drive. But I know if you boot the Linux Iso disc and go thru the VGA mode of it.. and select locking tools on there. it will work.. locking and unlocking... as long as ur eeprom.bin is in the eeprom folder on the disc... I found it after like overlooking for 45 minutes and looking for other locking tools as well... but there is a linux locking tool on the disc that doesn't require the floppy... if you are using XboxHDM 1.9 that is... if you already found it, sorry for wasting ur time, if u hadn't I just wanted to be helpful!
