  ok men i use your guide and what I did whats on the POPS txt was this ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheatpops-popsloader.prx and still does not work

  go to pops.txt
  put this in
  ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheatpops
  ms0:/seplugins/popsloader.prx
  
  Make sure the popsloader is in the seplugings folder. Not the cwcheat folder
