I would be glad to help but I gave up on finding a solution. I uninstalled the game long ago and never played it since. That Possible solution I put up there before your post is probably the best advice I can give. It may only work with DSL connections. I have not tested it so I don't know if it will fix it at all.

If you have comacast that could be your problem right there. Im sorry I cant offer any other sulution. Now I need to find a way to resale the game since I used the key code on it.
