Help with upgrading to customware

Hey everyone, I am a super... Super... SUPER newbie at this psp stuff and i was jsut wondering if any of the experts out there could help me out with upgrading my psp version 1.5fw into the newest custon firmware out there (I think its 3.52m 33-4? not sure ~.~). So can someone please help me Step by Step on how to upgrade to the latest version without bricking my psp? I would be so happy if you could, thanks!!!
