Hi mate, can u help me and teach me how to encrypt my GT file so I can play it on my PSP 2000.
I've updated my firmware from 5.00m33-6 to 5.50GenA then to Gen B and now B2.
How do I use the decrypter to encrypt the file???
could u please help me and tell me step by step on how to do it?
I'm stuck on step 5 of the guide posted in the forum... i can't seem to find the GenUMD folder to extract the file from...
Ok, this is what I've done,
    - I copied the decrypter onto my MS duo into PSP/GAME and it shows up in my PSP game folder, so that's ok
-Then I copy the Eboot.bin from PSP_GAME/SYSDIR/ folder into my PSP/MP_ROOT folder as described in the readme file from Yoshihiro's decrypter.
    - Then I start the decrypter on my PSP to start encrypting.... but it says no files found....
    - I've pluged my PSP back to my comp via USB and a new folder has been created named Decryptor.
What do I do after this? What have I done wrong? Do I drag the EBoot.Bin file into this new folder (decryptor)??

I'm very confused atm??? this stuff is very confusing for me.... coz I'm a newbie to PSP hacking and I'm still learning.... I'm not very good with computers bcoz I've always been a console fan... from the Nintendo to SNES and the PS1 to now the PSP & PS3. I've never really gotten into PC gaming and now this PSP hacking scene is really not my specialty, but I really wanna play my Gran Turismo and FIFA10 and also iL2 Birds of Preys.iso which I've already downloaded.
I give u a site which I DL all my PSP games from in return for your help.
    www.pspisoz.com
You can DL PSX, PS1 & PS2 games and also PSP, NDS games as well... it's a very good site and it always have the latest games as soon as they're released or even b4 they are released. That's how I got my GT and other games b4 it came out officially on UMD in stores....

I'd very much appreciate your help if you can help..... I know it's a pain but please, could u just teach me how to encrypt one file? Once I understand what I need to do, I'll be able to encrypt all my other new iso files.

    Thank you very much~

    Kind regards,

    Cheers

when you copy the eboot from the UMDGEN you save it to the root of you mem stick, h:, not in h:/psp/mp root.
after running the yoshi program on your psp, a newq folder appears called
h:/decrypter/ inside is the eboot you want to cut and paste into the UMDGEN folder SYSDIR that you got it from then rebuild the ISO

Know any good guides for going from 5.00 m33-6 to the GenD series? I have all the files as per your post but have only ever dealt with Dark Alex's stuff so I am not sure about how to do the Gen stuff. I can't seem to find any guides.

    Thx man.
