  hey malci, I was talking to you earlier on in the week about my box super. I flashed ver 8.0 and connected it up and most of the channels were found(around 200)but they dont come up on the screen, only the basic ntl channels come up. there is some kind of dollar sign beside the channels that dont work I think, what does this mean?i turned emu key on and put the other thing to enable aswel but they still wont work. any ideas?

  hi malci looking for help moved into new estate has cable so i got old starview frist one connected it to friends cable he has it so was testing it changed from 6887 to 6875 did manuel scan managed to get around 79 channels all movies, sports,one porn channel missing other 2,say i missing 80 more channels i persume because the box i have is old it doesnt have chorus provider on it only ntl and the english providers any idea why i missing lot other channels and ruk i need that lol half of setanta channels only there any help be cool thanks

  Hi 1800hrs 27/11/08 have just entered the codes for starview and dbox both are now working. South West VM
  Got the codes from the Keymaster download from the chatterbox toolbar.

  if by some tragedy of the god no solution can be find to the current ahem problems everyone is encountering. If we have to go lgeal and get a Kosher box with a basic package.. will the other box be able to auto update then?

  hi there i already asked for help in a super box thread but it was closed down im actually in ireland so i didnt think there be a problem asking for help about a super box as all boxes are working in ireland .my friends box lost its channels so i put the latest firmware on it but now it has nothing at all when i scan for channels it says failed on all 13 tps just wondering is it something im doing wrong or is the box just nomore good thanks in advance and hope u dont mind me writing to u here as i totally understand why all the threads are been closed down .................................................................................... just to let u no iv sorted it with the help of the new firmware out today box working perfect now thanks to everyone involved

  davee13, If you are UK then NEW firmware in Eamo's FTA Library, fully A/U so load that on okay.

  A brother from another mother just wonder if you have any knowledge of those Silvercrest SL65satellites that were sold cheap here. Tried getting a firmware off other sites but some guys just love to type and have pictures of themselves that makes me think they sleep with a laptop. Can't think when i'm that frightened. Thanks for the encouragement but that gig with the starview almost had me ripping the shed apart in the early am's and dismantling anything that may have held a suitable capacitor.

  hi malci. i just loaded the fix for the box pvr and have a channels eg. s*y sports 1 ...but have the free to air ones. my emu is ON. do u know if the fix is working?

  Hey all. I flashed my eurovox max 2006 blue box not a clone with the new software and now wont work. the remote switches the power on thats it wont change the channels only swithces the power on I think the new software doesnt work on the irish boxes. Then tried flash the old software that wont work.Hope its not broke. Any ideas people?

  can you help me please i have bought a new thebox pvr but the loader 4.01 link is broken in 4shared. I have tried flashing with 3.36 but it doesnt update the software in system information the box and loader show it as being complete but it hasnt updated.

  Just catching up on some news as i resigned myself to patience when the infamous Nag 3 was unrolled. Being on my 3rd partner Nag 3 had far too many connotations although i wouldn't mind rolling her out of a carpet on Bray Head but the children would miss her so and they are happy with their Disney's. She still gets her Soaps and Xfactor and Skerries got talent but i was upset some disparaging gobshite upset some people i respect and am grateful too anonymously that is. Keep up the good work L

  I'm fed up trawling afterdawn looking for word on nagra 2 fixes for the various boxes. You being a senior member will obviously hear if there's anything going down. Is there any way that the word can be spread ... once a new fix is out ?

  Always check out Eamo's FTA Library for any firmware that may be available, you will always find the latest in there. There is no fix for N3 but at the minute N2 and is in tandem - for how long is anyones guess, so it is a waiting game to see what transpires.

  You have helped us before and it will be really really appreciated if you could do it again. We have Starview 3 Super Box, we are getting some of the channels but most of them are not working. We tried to re-install and follow the instructions press 1570 etc. go to EMU to turn it on but that is already turned on, so it is not updating the channels and in short we are not getting anywhere. Last time with your help to did get it working so I am hoping you will do the same for us this time.

  Hello, Malci. Could you help with a problem, please? A friend has the Box Super USB about 3 months. In the last few days it lost the movie and sports channels. I went, today, and upgraded the firmware, to TheboxSuperUSB_V1.12. Still no movie or sports channels. Any suggestions? I just put the firmware on and did nothing else.   thanks for your reply. not sure what n3 is but if maxv is now out dated is there another box to get around this. iwas thinking of the new hd version????????? had great value from maxv big bike sport fan so keen to get it back regards airtop
