  an iso is like and image file the psp reads the deta and is then able to project the image to your screen at a fast paste wich gives the illusion that your moveing the charectors in the game when your just making the pictures change
  
  and no people make outher things into iso files to such as movie's or programs

  also regarding compressing files, is this something you need to do, is safe to do etc? Am not used to doing this, only putting isos in the correct place once they have downloaded.
  
  I only have a 2GB mem stick so I would love to do it, just not sure if it's safe?

  i read your comment on upgrading from a 1.52 to a 2.71 firmware. when i tried to upgrade, it wouldnt let me,it said corrupted file when i selected the memory game icon,wondering if you or if you knew anybody that might help,that would be much appreciated man.(this shit is killing me)
