  It is the inside of someone's mouth probably Ben's? I think the hint of "Ahhhhh" refers to when the doc asks you to say it. You can see a tooth (molar) on the right bottom side and the bloody red stuff in the back is who knows what but it is near the uvula. The tongue is at the bottom 2/3 of the picture.
