  AHA....no wonder. She is superimposed onto the BG. Notice the shadow from her left armband things, projected onto her side.
  Now notice that there is no shadow projecting forward in the same direction in front of her.
  
  Also, notice the subtle light yellow edge on her right ribcage area. That is not from natural light, but from Photoshop.
  
  Finally, as previously pointed out, her tan is unnatural, and the sky and water are unnaturally blue.
  
  All in all, still a nice picture, but it didn't occur in real time as a single shot. These are two separate pics glued together via layers in Photoshop and tweaked for highlights (most likely, outer bevel or similar).
