One of the best tutorial site.For example, if you need to know how to re-flash then go to OE recover to 1.5.It says you need WinRar,1.5 and all that.It contains the actual files on the tutorial so you can count on it big time.

Great site for download apps, firmwares and emulators.You can't download games on it...Maybe some demos...Oh BTW it's a trusted site...Download firmwares from that site...It's probably the most safest(Apart from the official PSP website.)
