  Got a new Euro-vOX max V 2008 satellite receiver box, cann't receive anything, tried power scan with following settings, as specified by the seller.
  Power scan mode normal
  start 300.00 mhz
  stop 870.00 mhz
  symbolrate 6.952 mbaud
  symbolrate 6.837 mbaud
  step 8
