Fixed problems with blog image scaling functions

Certain JPEG files taken on some digital cameras or mobile phones failed to be scaled down for the profile pages. The problem manifested itself by displaying an image saying "Broken image" for these files.

The problem was with the JPEG handling of the software used for scaling the pictures. I compiled an updated version of the software, which had the problem fixed. After some compatibility testing the new version was taken in to production use.

The scaled down pictures (thumbnails and the 500x500 px versions) are being re-generated as I type. Hopefully that helps us get rid of most of the broken image problems!
