  jbvideo i was pointed in ur direction with regrauds to the box pvr. i have just the secondary password in parental control so i can't access the emu anymore as this was the only way i could get the emui up. any ideas on how the solve this

  I was advised to contact you by other members as they say you are the guru of pvr's. I am pretty new to all this so please excuse my lack of knowledge. I have the Box PVR and upon checking the sys info it reads - The Box PVR Dual Record PVR E_ver4.500 6 July 2007. I understand there is a new version of FW for this and i should be very grateful if you could explain in laymans terms what i need to do.
