  Sorry to bother you but I had a question for you, don't know if you can post back to me or not, never used this option. I am trying to back-up Shoot em up, I have no problem ripping it, or shrinking it either, is burning it that I can't seem to do. I am using Clonedvd2 and it works and my burner works too, just used it a couple of min ago, the error message I get is this "error opening video files from C:/SHOOT_EM_UP/VIDEO_TS DVDManager 5 9 invalid CellBlock Type" never seen that before. I read on other posts (where I got your name from) to use DVD blanker but I don't know how or if I really need it in this last stage of the process. I didn't use AnyDVD and I guess I didn't need it cause its already shrunk and ready to go, if you could point me in the right direction or give me any kind of insight I would appreciate it a lot.

  thyratron.. was used as the field timebase (and I can think of at least one instance of line timebase) generator in pre war and late 40's tv sets made mainly by Bush.. (the tv91 and tv1). They used the Mullard EN31, and I believe this is the only post war use of the Mullard tubes in a tv.. Companies like Ultra continued to use the Mazda T41 and 6K25 into the early 50's.
  
  I learned my trade in a back street tv shop in the early 80's.. we used to repair some of these horrors, like the Invictas with mains derived eht!!!

  I've ripped Rambo already using DVDFab Platinum 4, but haven't got around to backing it up until today where I've found that DVDShrink can't open vts_13. I've run VOB Blanker 2130 against the folder, but it errors out when it gets to vts_13 and crashes before writing the video_ts file.
  
  Anybody have any ideas how I can burn this thing? I can't re-rip it because I've already locked the original in the vault and I've forgotten the combination. Locksmith can't come out until next week.

  Well i just finished hooking up my Monster hts1600 power centre, damm what a diffrence on my lcd tv, picture is more crisp now, blacks are really black.
  I know some people say this stuff dosen't make any diffrence, After hooking mine up I really beg to differ, audio sems to be a tad better also.

  Hey Dude
  Well i just spent the last 2 hours setting up the denon and all I can say is, What a bloody waste of time, this thing sounds like crap,
  dead, lifeless. Everything sounds horrible, no headroom what so ever, stereo seperation is terrible, soundstage is so narrow, I let the mic do the auto setup, no luck, set it up manually, still sounds like shit.
  Tore it all down, hooked my Integra back up, Blew the denon away, I just don't get it, The denon has 35 watts more per channel, I honestly don't think it would touch my Integra in a Db contest.
  I honestly think this thing is nothing more than a rebaged Pioneer. I guess i'll have to look into the Audio outlaw seperates if I want to do an upgrade or just stick to the Integra Line.
  Damm I needed to vent, wanted to throw the denon against the wall. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Hey Friend
  Just a quick question, Still trying to figure out why the denon sounded so awful, would bi-wiring my speakers make any diffrence, I have my Integra bi-wired now, Could it be maybe the denon just dosen't like to bi-wired. The denon can be set up to bi-amp front speakers.

  Your right, this mass market stuff just dosen't cut it, Seems they put all the time and energy into bells and whistles and not enough into the sound quality of the equipment.
  Funny thing is though, when I purchased the Integra unit a few years back, The salesmen told me the only way up from here is to go with seperates. I guess he was right.
