  I have just received my dBox from germany, i did a service scan and all channels were available. a week later i have lost some channels, im not sure what i need to do i have rescaned several times i have been reading all the stuff but it is unclear, can anyone provide some instuctions ? or a service file if thats what i need i am in the north london area enfield .... any help would be appreciated, regards
