Okay sorry to bother you but if my Hitachi 78 already has ixtreme 1.4 and i want to put 1.51 on it what should i do to prevent from messing up?

Please help, first time flashing this drive. I want 1.51, i have a hitachi 79fl. I want to use jf (what version do you recommend) also im confused with the 1.51 hitachi file from xbins, when i open it; there are a multiple bin files, which one is the one that needs to go into the jf folder? If you have a complete guide or can help me in any way I would really appreciate it. I successfully flashed a samsung and lite on drive using JF 1.6, first time doing a hitachi though and appears more complicated

I'm a new member. I live about 100 miles north of Atlanta. I am totally clueless about HDMI. Maybe you can help me please. I have a Zenith LCD tv Z20LCD1 It is an EDTV. I don't even know if it can take an HDMI cable and if it could whether it would do any good.
Even if I bought an HD dvd player or Blu Ray would it make any difference on a EDTV which is apparently only 480 resolution?
What affect would an HDTV receiver like the Samsung DTBH260F have on my Zenith tv?
Am I just out of luck with this Zenith Tv when it comes to high definition television or HD or BluRay dvds? If I buy an HD player or Blu Ray player do I need to get a TV with better resolution than this EDTV that I got ?
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
