  Hey this is Chee5e,My Email Address is x.-.G-Unit.-.x@hotmail.com,Add me on msn so I can walk you threw this step by step.. I had some troubles but not anymore,I can do it like nothing, my only problem is downloading the right firmware theme. Anyways get back on me on msn messenger, I'll walk you threw it and since you are having problems wit it then we'll kinda troubleshoot becuase my old white ipod use to do the same damn thing,Only I would just throw it across the room and it would work fine.Don't Recommend you do it. Alright, Becuase I usually get the luck it still working some how. My cell phone didn't work and I threw it off of our 20 ft. bleachers at school and it worked. Still and didn't freeze no more. Thats where my luck comes from. lol but just hit me up on there,I'll add you the next time i'm on.Ight peace
