RIAA is out of control

I tell ya, the RIAA has been a major topic all over the internet this week. They are really trying to get their message across, but at the same time making themselves look like giant asses in the process. They're currently suing XM Radio (as shown on the front page by lethal_b) because they believe that users can store music on the XM receiver, thus making it like an ipod and in turn keeping profits out of the RIAA and performer's pockets. All that talk about suing and losing money brings up an interesting point, as mentioned in a blog I came across here.

If the recording industry is losing SO much money, it sure looks like the RIAA is doing what it can to reclaim all of its lost money.... and then some. Someone really needs to shut down these facist bastards before they make the entertainment industry, not so entertaining anymore.

  I think the RIAA have reached a whole new low by suing a legal company.. seems they will stop at nothing :o
