Memorex- not that bad?

I don't see why everyone dogs Memorex. I bout the 16x DVD-R's last summer for about $20.00
Excellent price, so I thought "Ah, what the hell". I can say one thing... I haven't had a single coaster. Not one. I do burn at x4, though. Isn't x4 sort of the universal media type?

Anyways, if you don't wanna end up spending a whole bunch of cash for Tayo's, then you might wanna give the Memorex 16x a shot. Not a single coaster, all good quality burns :).

  Corn, have you tired the Sony's? I have good luck with them also. I too use Memorex from time to time. I prefer the Sony. I can't afford the Tayo's.

  try burning heavy loads, like wii/360 games they wont boat off memorex DL at all, no budge, verbatim is incredible..... jake fuck all the other brands because there a waste of you money:( you may not get coaster s but the quality of play back with verbatim/TY is worth the price!!1

  it's just a 14 year old kid has a hard time explaining to his parents that theres better media, but it costs a shitload. when right next to were im standing is a 100pk of memorex for $22.99
