Bought my first DVD Burner today, Lite-On

I ordered my first DVD burner today from Tigerdirect, it is .-'LINK'-. . I have never bought a DVD Burner, but it can burn many types, and it has the ability to Lightscribe. I am a complete noob at burning, so DVD-R newbies, prepare to meet Corn. Anyways, I am really looking forward to backing up my games, CD's, and DVD's. Has anyone ever used this model, or a model by Lite-on? If so, could you tell me if there any good, should have asked this earlier, but I was so anxious to buy it. Well, I guess I will have to wait until Thursday or Friday when it gets here.
Oh ya, I also gotta buy new media, Maxell just isn't cuttin' it.
