  You will need to know if you have a clone or genuine
  
  Count the vents on top
  
  18x7 = Clone
  25x7 = Genuine
  13x7 = 1st Generation

  You will need GT ROM Loader [ link ]
  
  You will need version CryptStar-v1.4-Core400 [ link ] firmware for GENUINES found in Starvi*w firmware folder.
  
  You will need version CryptStar-v1.4-Core257.bin [ link ] firmware for CLONES found in Starvi*w firmware folder.
  
  You will need version 4.50 firmware for THE B0X IRELAND found in THE B0X firmware folder.
  
  You will need version 4.51 firmware for THE B0X UK found in THE B0X firmware folder.
  
  You will need version 7.09 firmware for THE SUPER B0X found in THE B0X SUPER firmware folder.

  Menu Factory Setting
  PIN 0000
  OK to delete
  
  Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on
  
  English Installation
  Choose Provider etc
  Automatic Scan
  Press OK
  Channels found
  Exit
  
  Press Menu then 1570
  Turn EMU key ON
  
  Exit , exit , exit
  
  
  
  If you see Code is being updated on your screen
  
  Press Menu then 1570 and press the Set Default Key , press OK and tune into S*Y Sports and it should auto update for you

  All firmw@re/loader can be found in the link at the end of my post marked EAMO'S LIBRARY.
  
  You will need version 7.09 firmw@re for THE SUPR B0X found in THE B0X SUPR firmw@re folder. (UFL = Unified Firmware Loader / All In One )

  You will also need W1nRar to extract the file to your desktop

  Updating Firmw@re SV 3 Sup3r
  
  Connect your box and PC with a Null modem cable and switch on the cable box and put it on STANDBY.
  (The Starvi*w does not need to be connected to TV to update it with GTROM)
  
  Open GTRom_Super_709e Loader from your desktop and make sure that you set the correct COM PORT that matches the one that is being used.
  
  Make sure App file only is selected
  
  Run the loader by pressing Download and you will see the % progress increase then Download completed message on your PC.
  
  Wait until you see the DOWNLOAD COMPLETE p0p up on your PC before removing the NULL MODEM CABLE.
  
  The Starvi*w will then reboot
  
  Disconnect from PC and connect back up to the TV :)

  Hi Celtic
  Having a problem with a friends box2 ,when channels are scanned none are found ,have correct s/ware ,emu is on ,someone already said it might be the tuner if so do u know what i can do ?

  What version is on the box ?
  
  Have you tried a factory setting and a fresh installation?
