How to Play ISO’s on Your Memory Stick On a Custom Firmware Enabled PSP

Please note that this guide may not work for all ISO's, on all custom firmwares, some ISO's need a higher firmware to run. If you run into any problems just ask me or someone else on AfterDawn. :)

1. Turn on your PSP and then go into System Settings – USB Mode



2. On your PC create a folder called ISO on the root of your Memory Stick



3. Copy your ISO, CSO or DAX file to the ISO folder



4. Exit USB Mode on your PSP then go into the game menu then select the Memory Stick icon. Your ISO should appear, and then load when you press X.

Q. I extracted my ISO and I was left with a folder called PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.BIN. Now my game isn’t showing up on my PSP.


A. DO NOT extract the ISO file. If you end up with these files just delete them and copy the original file with the .iso extension to the ISO folder.
