Hello bluemoon ive been looking for months information regarding the dbox2 but i dont seem to be getting any joy, ive been looking throught the posts on this forum and ive gathered that your the man. Can you please email me a complete guide to the dbox and where i can get hold of the service.xml file for my area from or whether i their is a way to baypass that . Can anyone help me, my Dbox 2 arrived yesterday & scanned it all channels appeared. It kept switching itself off & now the channel is there, but I have no picture or volume. I was wondering if I can reset it to how it arrived & start again.

hi, please could someone help me i wont to lock some of my channels so as my children cant look at them, i can get it connected so far and then when i go to lock them or delete them it just says connection has reset. iv been sat here since about 9 this morning trying to sort it and its really starting to annoy me now .PLEASE HELP!! im getting really mad with myself. any help would be nice my email address is kcleigh2002@hotmail.com.

i bought a dbox 2 off ebay and my cousin has put on the neutrino image and it worked fine at his house (Redditch) when i bought it home to birmingham it didnt work it says waiting for time and it cant find any channels ive tried to service scan but it still cant find any channels ive pluged back in my telewest box and that works fine so i know ive got a signal any help would greatfully received. hi bluemoon

lee.stafford@blueyonder.co.uk hey bluemoon, i have just read one of your threads about DBOX2, and would like the information that you are sending to the other members if that is ok with you, i have 2 DBOX2 nokies, one has the sportster image already on it, and the other i bought off ebay without an image, which is said on the item (so i know it didnt have the sportster image or anything)

hi bluemoon i wonder if you can help me with my problem i have a nokia dbox2 i am trying to update my channels as i have lost a few i have the guide to do a manual scan , i have followed it correctly but when i come to start the scan it come up with transcoder scan failed i wonder if you can help me with this problem as i am pulling my hair out as i not tech minded.
