  Hi Bluemoon my Nokia Dbox went down about a month ago (i'm with virgin) and being a newbie i have no idea how to get it up and running again. Any help would be very much appreciated. My e-mail address is frankiekilbey@hotmail.com many thanks (my box has a commando 6 image on it )

  hi bluemoon as like all the others that shout you im a newbie and i would like to have the idiots guide to the nokia dbox2 and how and where to obtain the images and files and settings and key codes live in north west box used to get all the channels now i cant get anything tried new image and lost what i had thanks for your help very much appreciated keep up the good work becsken@hotmaill.co.uk

  hello there sorry to bother you but you seem like the person everybody goes to for help i am a bit thick with gadgets so please bare with me i have a dbox sportster1.7 and can pick up chanels but can only get a picture on the free ones like bbc 1 ect can you please help if so my email is bottymagic@hotmail.co.uk many thanks jimmy
