Did you see where 60% of the newly installed pumps failed in NO after the Friday deluge because the power failed. There are no back up generators evidently to the pumping stations. Well The Old desktop is up and running again ! New MOBO & PS - So I can give into my burning desires again LOL!!!!!!!!! I used the laptop while the desktop wa in the shop Worked okay But I'm more comfortable with the desktop ! and now would'nt you just know it that the High speed internet is acting goofy again ( Slow) When it rains it pours I guess ? Bought an Oem version ! ( like the system builders /Computer shops use) Same quality & warranty as the retail verrsion but no fancy packaging ! Really just the Cardboard shipping box , The drive in one of those anti-static bags & some styrofoam packing peanuts ( Spirit-poop !!!) and a Reciept or packing slip !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . Installed /formatted /partitioned it this morning - It's now officially my H drive ! MY main drive is C - the burners are D & E , The 400Gb usb Drive is F , the card reader on my epson shows as G so then that makes the slave drive H !Took me a lil' while to format that beast but it''s working and have already burned 2 iso's to it Reno 911-Miami & Bridge to Terabithia ! well would'nt ya' just know it ! Being as I got 2 500Gb external HDD's & a external liteon dvd burner Both USB devices ! I managed to mess up my usb situation ? I accident unplugged my dvd burner while it was on but not burning anything and now my 6 usb2 jacks give me unknown device error messages !!!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . My usb mouse works but nothing else that I connect to the jacks is recognized ? I never realized how usb dependant I am until now ? Printer/scanner , 2 external Burners, 3 external HDD's , Digital camera , card reader ect... ddp has been trying to help me but so far no luck ! His last suggestion was to do a reinstall ! But I may have to get a new copy of Xp because I replaced My motherboard & power supply this year !!! I don't know ? That I think will work & then It's Pretty Much a Trial and error effort of Cloaning The Effervescent & ebulient Ms. Ray's Smiling MUg in Place Of the Other Persons head ! You can also do it by Cut & paste but most times it does'nt look as rea1 or as good ! Fleshtones are hard too match so alot of times that's where the Grayscale/Black and white images come from !! And yes Crayon man I do use the same head forher most everytime because that one works well & it's a good head shot of her ( Good Heads are hard to find !!!)
