hi i ve got eurovox max 2007, we had not been receiving channels on it for 5 mnths now...what do v do? i dnt know how to go abt it? can u help?

hi could u help me. i put the new firware on the eurovox well on about 5 of them and they worked fine. apart from 1 i done what i always done put it wont scan in the channels doin my head in. im in ireland any help would be grate because the box is not mine thanks alot
