ISO/CSO files and PBP files are not visible and can't play in my psp...Can anyone help?

Recently I just bought a psp and It's version 3.80 and I tried to put games in it but I just can't for some reasons. When I put CSO files into my psp, it's not visible and when I put PBP files in my psp, it just syad copyrighted file and stuff like that. Does anyone knows how to help me? Please, I really need help and I'm a noob at this stuff....

  ok i understand i was like that too when i was a newb at this but its real simple all u need is to put your psp to custom firmware 3.80 m33
