How to enable DMA back On the easy way by Alkohol

This is a very simple/basic guide showing "how to enable DMA back On by uninstalling the driver(s)". This will solve your DMA issues nearly 99% most of the times, unless you're the few that has a Nvidia driver, then I can't help you. You'll need to google on the net for an answer on that.

  Hi Akohol great guide, even a newbie like myself was able to follow it, have done just that, and tried to burn again, failed again log again shows dma issues ( have posted onto my original thread ) how would I fing out if I had Nvidia drivers ? the name rings a bell. Thanks for all great guides/info Jeevescom

  your directions are quite unclear.
  
  you did not say what to do if you HAVE the DMA option under transfer mode,just what to do if you DONT. if you DO have it, do you just click it and leave it?

  Good stuff. I fixed a problem my friend was having with slow ripping by using your guide and now he thinks I'm a freakin' genius or something. I even got a free six-pack out of it. Drinkin' one for you...
