  I recommend to burn at 4X only, regardless of what media. I've always use high quality media like genuine Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim "Advanced Azo" and Maxell (Hitachi - made in japan) and I've always burned them at 4X. See link for mor info.

  Alkohol, I have been on this site for several years but only just became a member. I have a question. I screwed up my laptop. everytime it went to PIO only(primary IDE), I would uninstall it and it would come back on a reboot. my screwup was the last time I accidently disabled instead of uninstall and now the computer will not boot. I was wondering if you know the fix for reenabling the primary ide

  Hi Alkohol, I was looking at ur rebuilding ps2 games guide ( [ link ] ) but on the step where i must click 'Extract LBA' it comes up with an error saying 1101a - invalid file header. Please help me to fix this.

  oh mighty alkohol.. i am seeking your sage advice. i have a few unresolved issues. #1 for ps2 the 50 cent game - when i burned this game it works fine, however, the 50 cent videos wont play. can you look into this ?
  #2 atv 4 there are methods to down sample this on a dvd5. I want this to be on a dvd9 like all my other dvd9. I have tried to back this up on a dvd9 however after a few screens the screen goes black.
  
  I have conquered all other burns i set out to do, but these 2 i am unable to do and am seeking the wise 1 for help

  i bought a 3pcs dual layer dvd, i have to burn a full episode of an anime. the full episode is 6gb ... my problem is why cant i burn it in nero vision 5, it only accepts 6 episodes per dual layer dvd, when i put the 6 episode the meter of the dvd is on the 8gb already.i tried it also in dvd 9 but i did not burn it successfully. do i have to change the settings? what is the right settings for burning a full episode of an anime in dual layer dvd? someone told me to transcode it... in quality setting i choose super long play, by doing that i did put 25 episodes but at the end the burning did not success... please help me here.. thanks!
