dude I read on some post about www.gcmods.co.uk that you were willing to flash xbox 360 drives. specifically mine is of the lite-on variety, and as such is beyond my technical ability

so basically im asking if it would be possible for me to send you my drive for flashing, as i will pay postage both ways, and am perfectly happy to supply a small sum of money for your services

if possible were i to send a blank cd would you please put the original and ixtreme firmwires onto it as offered by some websites?

hey man, you responded to one of my postings awhile back referring to me flashing my xbox (http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/748706) and i still need a little help. i was wondering if it is possible for me to rent a game, put it in my DVD burner (i only have one drive which is The Samsung WriteMaster SH-S203N, [ link ] copy it and burn it to a dvd+r using either Backup Creator or Cookies Game Burner v3 ( i dnt know which one to use and was wondering if you could help) and be able to play it on my flashed 360. Now people are saying that you need to have a flashed drive as well inorder to back up games using software on my pc and that the Samsung SH-D152D found on ebay is the ONLY drive that can be flashed. is that true? Please help me out as i am almost knowledgeable enough to finally do this on my own. IF YOU have a procedure of your own that works perfectly for you please let me know. hope to hear from you soon!

wow thanks a lot sorry for the late reply i will look more into buying a new card so its not a matter of my error 65 on my card. When i use samread or mtk flash it does come up as extream on option 3 and when i have the xbox on wile a do it, it does make the dos scan for devices so it knows its there and like a said before i got it to 10% before it crashed so it has worked once berfor. or is that not a problem.

Hey man if I'm gonna do this I'd better do it quick cause SATA is gettin cheaper and IDE is not getting any cheaper. haha
I already put that 500 GB IDE in my computer.
I still might exchange that for a 400 GB SATA and try the 500 GB again in my xbox.
So it will read a drive over 137 and over 350? Just the softmod?
I gotta know how to make it work!
